Gods Love that He created in His Men

After Marsha and I left New Mexico, we were headed to PA. where Marsha lives.  On our way we made a few stops to experience history.  We came across the David Crockett State Park in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on the Shoal Creek.   Davy Crockett was known as the "King of the Wild Frontier".  In 1821 he was elected to the Tennessee State Legislature. Then in 1825 Davy was elected and represented Tennessee in the U.S . House of Representatives.                                                                                                                 He had such a heart for the Indians so he opposed what Andrew Jackson was working on, the "Indian Removel Act".  Davy tried to help the Indians but Andrew Jackson won, that is why there is the "Trail of Tears".   Davy Crockett  became one of the best known American folk heroes. When you have time look up the story of Davy Crockett and the "Trail of Tears".  I never liked History in School but now that I'm older it is interesting to read what our world and people have experienced.

Davy Crockett always thought of other people. When he would go hunting he would always make sure he had extra for people that needed food.  As I was reading about his life and how kind and tender he was it made me think of two men in my life that have Gods heart just like Davy Crockett.

One man is Calvin, a Navajo Indian, that lives in New Mexico.  He has such a kind heart for his family and everyone he meets.  He does just like Davy Crockett, goes hunting and brings meat home for friends and family that might need food.   Calvin's heart is for the lost.  He is involved in setting up revivals for different Evangelist. He wants to see people experience life with Jesus. Calvin loves to share the word of God and see people healed and saved.  He so has a heart of God!!

Paco,  is the other man with a heart of God.  He has a heart for children. Paco is a counselor for a grade school.  This school is Kindergarten through 5th grade, two classes in each grade. Paco works with a church that puts out trees with childrens names so people can buy gifts for Christmas. Paco organizes all the gifts and makes sure every child in this school gets a present for Christmas.  If families need food he also sees to it that they get food for Christmas dinner.   I'm sure the kids look up to him as their hero.    Calvin's wife, Linda and Paco's wife, Shelly are by their husbands sides, supporting them all the way.  Linda and Shelly are as awesome as their husbands.  I love all of you so much.        God Bless everyone.
